Satisfying Smoothies

Smoothies are a great option for lunch or breakfast. Since they contain fiber, they will keep you feeling full longer. Remember to drink until you are satiated.

Summer Solstice Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 really ripe bananas

  • 5-6 frozen strawberries

  • 4-5 pieces of frozen pineapple

  • 4-5 pieces of frozen mango

Blend the above ingredients in the Vitamix and drink by the pool or in your backyard garden!! Make this smoothie until you feel full. I would drink around 4 or 5 of them!!

Mango Mania Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 really ripe bananas

  • a handful of grapes

  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango

Blend the above ingredients in the Vitamix. Keep making it until you are full!! Enjoy!!

Banana Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 really ripe bananas

  • a handful of each strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries

  • shredded coconut

  • 1 diced banana

Blend the above ingredients in the Vitamix. Add a bit of water or coconut water to blend smoothly. Pour into a bowl and top with banana and coconut or other ingredients you enjoy!
