Seven days of raw food!
I believe that there are infinite ways to start eating a healthier lifestyle. Here’s a possible road map for getting started!
Start the day off with a 32 ounce glass of lemon water. Please wait around 20 minutes before you consume your first juice.
For breakfast: Drink a 32 ounce juice of your choice. Green Energy is a great choice! If you live near Goodwin’s Organics in Riverside, they make some radically delicious and nutritious juice!
For lunch: Lunch will be Banana Berry Bliss Smoothies. Please remember to eat until you are completely satiated. Try chewing on the smoothie so that your body’s digestion works smoothly. Eat a lot or as much as you can! If you’re not near a Vitamix, eat a large plate of fruit such as bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.
For dinner: Have some fruit before your salad. Maybe some mangoes. For the main salad tonight: Try Springtime Salad!
Start the day off with a 32 ounce of water. Maybe infuse the water with oranges and cucumbers. Remember to wait around 20 minutes before consuming some juice!
For breakfast: Try 32 ounces of watermelon juice.
For lunch today: Try eating around 5 oranges, 1/2 of a pineapple, and two mangoes.
For dinner tonight: Try making Zoodles with a Mango/Cilantro/Tomato Dressing! YUMMY!
Start the day off with an infused water of your choice. Perhaps try 3 limes diced and chilled overnight.
For breakfast: Drink 32 ounces or more of Green Goodness.
For lunch today: Eat a watermelon! If it’s not in season, try a 2.5 pound bag of grapes. It’s going to be a mono meal lunch so eat until you feel satiated. Eating fresh fruit is the key to staying completely raw. Your stomach will begin to adjust to larger sized proportions.
For dinner: Try the Kale-Romaine Salad.
Start the day off with an infused water of your choice.
For breakfast: Try 32 ounces of Get Glowing Juice!
For lunch today: Mono meal of your choice. Try seven bananas. Or, maybe 7-8 oranges. Eat according to your body size and activity level. Remember you’re getting used to a new lifestyle so practice eating mindfully and a lot!
Dinner: Jicama-Mango Tacos
Start the day off with an infused water of your choice. Maybe try 2 oranges and sliced strawberries.
For breakfast: Try making 32 ounces of Purple Passion.
For lunch: Today try a plateful of sliced mangoes, oranges, and kiwi. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Or, use your favorite fruits to start a plateful of goodness!
For dinner: Try some Zoodles with Marinara Sauce or another dish using your zoodles! Your body your choice!
Start the day off right with some deliciously infused water of your choice.
For breakfast: Try 32 ounces of a Green Juice recipe.
For lunch: Try a platter of nectarines and peaches. Throw in some cherries as well. An adequate sized meal of peaches and nectarines would be around 8! Supplement with cherries if you need to and eat until you are satiated.
For Dinner: Try Pesto Pasta!!
Start the day off right with some lemon-infused water.
For breakfast: Try 32 ounces of any juice of your choice!
For lunch: Eat a bowlful of bananas, grapes, pineapple, and dates. Dates are an EXCELLENT piece of fruit to eat if you need some more calories. Athletes will benefit from eating them. If you ever feel as if you are still hungry after eating a meal, try adding some dates for dessert!
For dinner: Celebrate and eat Raw Rainbow Sushi!! It’s colorful, delicious, and nutritious!!
You made it through seven days of raw food!
Always remember to be gentle with yourself and be patient in adopting a new lifestyle. If you eat something that isn’t raw, get up again tomorrow and make a different choice! You will notice the difference in the way you feel, look, and experience the world if you continue along this path. I believe in you!
